The International Launch of PECE was held in Yerevan, Armenia on 17 November 2005. The event was attended by around 70 people from EECCA and other countries, representing all sectors.Copies of the presentations are available via the links below. • Helen Marquard (Defra) spoke on behalf of the PECE Chairman - Presentation 'How PECE Works' (PDF, 400 KB)

• Lloyd Martin (Severn Trent Water International) gave a presentation giving private sector perspective (PDF, 100 KB)

• Andrei Isac (Moldovan Regional Environment Centre) also spoke, giving a civil society perspective.
